OUR TEAM

For the past decade, The Center for Great Management (CGM) has advanced the understanding, practice, and development of management.

Performing best-in-class research and shaping it into products that help managers become better leaders has been the core of CGM’s mandate since its inception. Our researchers focus on practical studies that yield tangible tools to help managers solve their toughest problems.

Today, CGM is at the forefront of management development programs for some of the world’s biggest companies, including Pfizer, Lockhead and Bank of America. And recently CGM was selected by the Drucker Institute at Claremont Graduate University to be the exclusive global provider of the DRUCKER UNPACKED management training system.

The Center for Great Management has offices in San Diego, California, and Atlanta, Georgia.
